For delivery to UK addresses, we use a special delivery service that guarantees delivery the following day after dispatch (Monday to Friday).

All our European deliveries are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to make the delivery process seamless, especially after the UK left the European Trade Union in 2021. This means that we handle all shipping costs, duties, and taxes, so you won’t have to worry about additional charges upon delivery. The DDP fees are calculated and charged at checkout.

Since our pens are made in the UK, there are no duties charged due to the rules of origin. Only the local VAT is paid in advance.

This ensures a straightforward delivery process, but please be aware that you may need to pay additional fees upon receiving your order.

All our pens are custom made to order. Please allow up to 36 days from order date to shipping.

For urgent requirements such as birthday, retirement gift or special day, we can offer a free PRIORITY PRODUCTION.

To use the service, simply lets us know the date you need the pen by writing the date in the comments box at check-out. We will then do our best to get it to you by that date.

We tend to use Royal Mail for all deliveries unless DHL Courier service is chosen at check out. There is an additional charge for using DHL.
